Financial policy

This Financial Policy explains fees, deposits, payment timing, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no-shows, and refunds for ClaryT Wellness. By scheduling services, you agree to this policy.

Payment methods

ClaryT Wellness accepts major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through approved payment processors integrated with the client platform.

Deposit and payment timing

To reserve your appointment time:

  • A 50% deposit is charged at the time of online booking.

  • The remaining 50% is charged 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.

By scheduling services, you authorize ClaryT Wellness to charge your payment method according to this policy.

Cancellation policy (Client cancels)

Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full.

Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours before session):

  • The full session fee is due.

  • The 50% deposit is retained, and the remaining 50% balance will be charged.

Rescheduling policy (Client reschedules)

Late Rescheduling (less than 24 hours before session):

  • No rescheduling fee is charged as a general rule.

  • One-time grace: the first late change incident is treated as a grace exception.

  • After the grace period, any fees or exceptions are handled at the clinician's discretion, based on scheduling impact and clinical appropriateness.

No-show policy

A “no-show” includes failure to attend the session without timely communication. No-shows are charged the full session fee (deposit retained and remaining balance charged).

Late arrival policy

If a client is 15 minutes or more late, the session may be treated as a no-show or may be rescheduled at the clinician’s discretion. If the session proceeds, it typically ends at the originally scheduled end time.

Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by the payment processor.

Payment issues and chargebacks

If a payment fails, ClaryT Wellness may require updated payment information before future sessions. Chargebacks or disputed charges may result in suspension of scheduling until the matter is resolved.
