We are a strictly private-pay practice. We do not accept insurance, nor do we provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
Because we are private pay and do not bill insurance, we do not submit claims or diagnostic information to an insurance company for payment. This reduces third-party access to billing-related mental health information and helps keep your care focused on you. We maintain a confidential clinical record in secure, HIPAA-aligned systems and do not share information with an employer or department unless you provide written authorization or a legal exception applies (e.g., imminent risk of harm, abuse reporting, court order).
Please note that ClaryT Consulting, LLC (DBA ClaryT Wellness) maintains a no-refund policy. We do not issue monetary refunds for payments received. However, any eligible amount will be applied as a credit to your account for future products or services. This credit will remain on file and may be used toward upcoming invoices in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
