Not emergency services

ClaryT Wellness does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be at risk of harm to self or others, call 911 immediately. You may also call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

No therapist-client relationship until established

Using this website, submitting a form, sending an email or text, or requesting an appointment does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship is established only after scheduling is confirmed and required intake and consent steps are completed.

Telehealth services terms

ClaryT Wellness offers telehealth services utilizing a HIPAA-compliant platform (e.g., PracticeQ). By participating in telehealth services, you agree to:

  • Participate from a private setting appropriate for clinical services.

  • Use a device and an internet connection sufficient for video sessions.

  • Confirm your physical location at the time of the session when requested.

Tennessee location requirement

Clients must be physically located in Tennessee at the time of telehealth services.

Technology failures

If technology fails (e.g., video or audio disruption), the clinician may attempt troubleshooting and may offer an alternate option (e.g., phone) when clinically appropriate. If services cannot proceed, the session may be rescheduled.

Communication between sessions

ClaryT Wellness may communicate with clients using:

  • PracticeQ portal messaging

  • Email

  • Optional text messaging to a designated therapy number provided to you

Response time

ClaryT Wellness aims to respond within 1–2 business days.

No crisis messaging

Do not use portal messages, email, or text for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call 911 or 988.

Recording and technology-assisted documentation

Client Recording

Client recording (audio or video) is allowed only with mutual written consent and may be limited or declined based on clinical appropriateness.

Practice Recording / AI-Enabled Documentation

ClaryT Wellness may use PracticeQ’s HIPAA-aligned recording features to support documentation:

  • Permission will be requested before each session when recording is proposed.

  • Recordings are deleted after documentation is complete.

  • Recordings are not used for AI training.

If you do not consent to recording, services may continue without recording unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific service workflow.

Services provided by licensed professionals; supervision

Clinical services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with Tennessee law and applicable regulations. Some services may be provided by a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) practicing under clinical supervision as required by Tennessee law and Tennessee Board rules.

Clients ages 16–17

ClaryT Wellness may provide services to clients ages 16–17. Consent, confidentiality, and access to records are handled according to controlling Tennessee law and the authorizations completed during intake.

Information sharing and releases

For clients ages 16–17, the client will indicate in intake paperwork whether a parent or guardian is permitted to receive information or records, subject to applicable law and safety exceptions.

Payment

Either the client, the parent, or the guardian may pay. Payment responsibility does not automatically create rights to clinical information or records.

Professional boundaries and conduct

ClaryT Wellness may reschedule or discontinue services if the session environment is unsafe or inappropriate (e.g., lack of privacy), or if a client engages in harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior.

Third-party services

This website and service delivery may rely on third parties (e.g., Wix, PracticeQ, payment processors). These third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices. ClaryT Wellness is not responsible for third-party outages, errors, or policy changes.

Website use; intellectual property

All website content (text, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to ClaryT Consulting, LLC and may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
